Hi,
I have a question regarding Session 1 Quiz – Question 1. The question asks about the consequences of the planetary crisis. I understood “consequences” to mean effects or results, so I selected flooding, landslides, and food insecurity. it was marked incorrect, and the correct answers were deforestation and human density.
In my understanding, deforestation and human density are causes of the planetary crisis rather than its consequences. Could you kindly clarify where my reasoning went wrong?

Hi, I think your answer was completley right – but the system respondes strangly.. I mistekaly put there also deforestatin and the system answered me tha deforestation is a cause, which I know. Then the system tels you to try again, but puting in the right answers again resultatd in “mistake”. Then I went on, and easily completed the task withot gettin “correct” for this question.

I share your sentiments. I even went as far as looking for the dictionary meaning of consequences just to be sure, which is something that happens as a result of particular actions or set of conditions.
